Cell-Fucose Conjugate

A biological process called fucosylation is frequently seen in plants, bacteria, fungi, invertebrates, and vertebrates. More and more research is pointing to the fucose moiety on cell surface glycans as being crucial for signaling and cell-to-cell interactions. Phase 1 clinical trials are discussing the benefits of immune cell-surface fucosylation, which has been linked to better homing and trafficking.

Cell-Fucose Conjugate (CFC) Servie

We use fucosyltransferases (Fuc T) based on our CellFaceTM conjugate technology platform to transfer fucose to the surface of living cells in a matter of minutes. Successfully coupled cells exhibit a comprehensive range of functions, encompassing but not limited to:

Analysis of fucosylation

Analysis of CFC viability

Assay for CFC Migration and Invasion
